*Rehearsal Dinner is by previous invitation only.
Transportation for the Rehearsal Dinner will leave from Trappeur’s Crossing (outside of Bear Lodge) and Homewood Suites starting at 5:45pm. Dinner begins at 6.
Welcome Party
Transportation to the Welcome Party will leave from Trappeur’s Crossing (outside of Bear Lodge) and Homewood Suites at 7:30pm. The party is from 8-10 and we’ll have a few speeches start around 8:30.

Transportation will leave from Trappeur’s Crossing (outside of Bear Lodge) and Homewood Suites starting at 3:45pm. Ceremony will start at 4:30. Transportation will be provided to both the after party as well as back to Trappeur’s and Homewood Suites when the reception ends at 11pm, and looping shuttles will be available for departures starting at 8:30.
Parking is limited at Catamount so we encourage you to take our transportation.
After Party

Yampa Valley Regional Airport
This is the closest airport (about 30 minutes to downtown Steamboat Springs). Year round daily flights between DIA and HDN are offered by United and Southwest Airlines.DIA
Denver International Airport
About a 3 hour drive to Steamboat by rental car or shuttle service.-
Transportation to & from all events will be provided from Trappeur’s Crossing & Homewood Suites (if you are staying at the Holiday Inn, you can walk through the parking lot to Homewood Suites).
We highly recommend renting a car to fully experience everything Steamboat has to offer! If you decide not to, Steamboat offers a free bus service to easily get around and access downtown and the base of the mountain. We recommend staying nearby the bus line (check out here). Trappeur’s Crossing, Holiday Inn & Homewood Suites are all right next to a bus stop. Trappeur’s crossing also offers an on call shuttle service.

Where to Stay
Transportation will be provided to and from all events Friday & Saturday from Trappeur’s Crossing & Homewood Suites. If you stay at the Holiday Inn, you can walk next door to Homewood Suites for transportation.

We recommend this option for guests staying together in a large group. They offer up to 1 - 5 bedroom options. Please note that Trappeur’s Crossing is made up of six lodges: Emerald, Bear, Trappeur’s, Timberline, Champagne & Aspen. They are all right next to each other, so feel free to stay at any of them! There are also many options to rent a home in Steamboat. Please be aware that Ubers in Steamboat can be hard to come by - if you decide to rent a home, we recommend renting one near the pickup locations so you can easily access the weekend events.

The three options we’ve recommended above are all closer to the mountain. Some of you may prefer to stay closer to Downtown Steamboat (about 10-15 min drive from the mountain). In this case, we recommend making sure you are walking distance from the Welcome Party at E3 Chophouse (Friday Night) & our after party at Old Town Pub (Saturday Night).
The day of the wedding, you will need to take the free bus or uber to one of our pickup locations (Trappeur’s Crossing or Homewood Suites) to get to Catamount Ranch the day of the wedding.
